I'm back...and ready for school!
Ahh Florida was so relaxing...the only thing, though, was the house looked like it was straight from the 1800s...a cross between the Gaslight house and an Agatha Christie book...kinda freaky. Plus, there was this elevator in the house that would make a buzzing noise about every 20 minutes. It was a really cool house though...the first floor had a den/bedroom, kitchen some sitting rooms, dining rooms and then the patio to the pool and intercoastal; second floor had two enormous bedrooms (elderly in appearance), where Traci, Catherine and I slept; the third floor was absolutely hideous: it had a little kitchenette, and then the two smallest bedrooms I have ever seen (my Dad said that they probably threw the retarded brother in one of them a long time ago, and I added the fact he was gay because it was a pink bed cover...a joke, of course but I said the buzzing noise in the elevator was the retarded brother trying to escape). Ahh it was great...OH and we had a pet duck in the backyard...he was always there and we named him Floyd. He rocks. But other than the creepiness of the house, the vacation was fun. We went on a motor boat out on the intercoastal and into the ocean which was my favorite part of the trip. We did some minor shopping but I only got a few things...not really much of a back-to-school routine. Speaking of back to school....I can't wait! I know that I'm probably one of the only kids on the Earth who likes school but I love it...it's gonna be great. I like routine...and being busy. Talk to y'all later...love you guys!
